* We use the Express Courier International (ECI) service from Australia Post for a fast and reliable shipping service so you can enjoy your Mazarine Aqua purchase as soon as possible, but please note delivery times may be longer outside major metropolitan areas, and during the peak periods (Christmas etc). International delivery times may vary significantly for different countries – delivery estimates do not include any time parcels may spend in the destination countries customs service. For estimated delivery timing to your country once we have dispatched the product, please visit Australia Post International and select your country to view the estimated times on each delivery service. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Mazarine Aqua generally uses Australia Post services for delivery, however we may use other delivery agents (or have our supplier ship your order directly) depending on the product and the destination. You agree that your details, including your delivery address and phone number, will be supplied to our selected delivery agent (or supplier if applicable) for the purpose of delivering your order. Please note there may be circumstances where we may not be able to deliver the product to you – in those circumstances we will contact you to resolve the situation. Please review the Returns & Exchange Policy for shipping costs in those circumstances.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details – you should normally receive this email within a few minutes of ordering. Our goal is to attempt to dispatch next business day; however if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive another email with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your order through the delivery network.
All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt – please consider this when completing your postal address details for your order (please note we are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses). It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing where the parcel can be collected. Deliveries will be made on business days – no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We may also separately dispatch the items where you have made multiple purchases in one order.
You may be contacted by our delivery agents to schedule delivery of big and bulky items – please ensure you are able to accept delivery at the scheduled time and location, as any additional fees for subsequent redelivery attempts will be at your cost. Please note that it may not always be possible for us to deliver to the location you specified on placing your order – if so, we will contact you using the contact details you provided to arrange an alternative delivery address.
Subject to payment of relevant charges, property and risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the customer’s nominated delivery address. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order without delay and at the time reasonably scheduled. If delivery is delayed due to your failure to meet your obligations, risk will pass at the date when delivery was scheduled to occur – from this point you will be responsible for any loss or destruction. Anyone at the customer’s nominated delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Mazarine Aqua to be authorised to receive them. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery.
Delayed / Refusal to Accept Deliveries
If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery, or if you do not accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may choose to charge you for reasonable storage fees and other costs reasonably incurred by us. We may also no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling your order. In this circumstance, we will refund to you or your credit card as applicable any money already paid to us for the original order, less our reasonable charges. This will not affect any other right or remedy available to us.
For international deliveries, any import requirements or restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply to your order will be your responsibility and at your cost. Please research this carefully before placing orders for delivery to addresses outside Australia – our prices in the online store do not include these duties or charges that you may incur.
Please note to comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. As highlighted in our Return & Exchange policy, we do not refund sale items, and the cost to send returns are to be paid by the customer. Please ensure any returns are clearly marked ‘For Refund / Exchange’ – failure to do may result in additional Australian import duties and charges that Mazarine Aqua will not be responsible for.
We may cancel your order if what you ordered is not available for any reason – we will contact you using the details you included with your order placement if this occurs, and return payment made. Please contact us if you wish to cancel an order, however please note that once we have dispatched we will not be able to cancel, and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
Mazarine Aqua cannot investigate dispatched missing orders until 10 business days after the product has been dispatched – please contact us if your package has still not arrived after this time period has elapsed. Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by our delivery agent. This investigation can take up to 10 business days and we must allow the delivery agent to complete their investigation before we can take any further action regarding your order.
